Meet Ronald D. Bass, Your Financial Center Manager

Personal Statement

Our philosophy on working with customers is that every institution sells banking products, but we go beyond that and sell ourselves to the customer. The great customer service that we instill everyday to our customers is what keeps them coming back. No one can guarantee the best rates all of the time, but we do give the best customer service in the area, and we take pride in that.

Experience

I have been in the banking for 16 years, 13 of which have been in a managerial role. I have been with First Tennessee for over 6 years.

Education

I graduated with a Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University, with a minor in Economics and Finance.

Professional Affiliations

I am licensed to sell life insurance and fixed annuties in the State of Tennessee.

Community Involvement

I have served as a board member of the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce, and am still a current member. Along with the Hendersonville Chamber, the financial center has partnered with a local elementary school, Lakeside Park Elementary, to help them with any special needs they may have. The Indian Lake Financial Center also volunteers every year for the Gallatin Main Street Festival.
